  “Dave and his apprentice from DFB Heating & Energy were absolutely fantastic. They carried out a boiler service, a gas fire service, and fitted a Hive thermostat — all to a really high standard. Communication was spot‑on throughout, the price was fair, and nothing was too much trouble. I even asked if they could fit a new flush valve while they were here, and they sorted it on the spot without any fuss. Both of them were genuinely sound lads and brilliant with our very jumpy dog, which made the whole experience even easier. Highly recommend — reliable, friendly, and excellent at what they do.”
